The communication from Jim was amazing, the service second to none and the instructions to put the elements together were so easy, even I could do it. It's amazing quality and because the back panel is designed to unclip easily, it's perfect for daily cleaning... which anyone with chickens knows is important! We'll be getting more of Jim's coops as our family gets bigger.

Arc arrived without pre-drilled holes. I could not work out where to drill so I contacted Jim Vyse about this he was extremely rude and patronising, telling me I did no know what a pre drilled hole looked like and he knew they were there as "he drilled them himself", which obviously they weren't because he hadn't. He was rude, arrogant, patronising and misogynistic. Dreadful service and shoddy product.
