Recently got hold of a couple of heated seats for my '16 KTM Super Duke GT. Front one fitted with no issue, rear fitted but wouldn't work. After a bit of research on the Jim Aim website I managed to find the part numbers I needed - which is an absolute minefield, and no fault of Jim Aim either! I placed an order for the holder for the switch, and for a switch pack for the Super Adventure as it's about 20 quid cheaper than just the switch. Not only did the parts team contact me to ensure I had ordered the correct item (different bike, it could well have been) but when I confirmed it was what I wanted, they managed to get the components ordered quickly and delivered nice and fast. Fitted the switch yesterday having had the software activation done, and having been staring at a horrible general failure error as the bike couldn't see the switch, the seat now heats perfectly well and the error has disappeared. Can't thank the team enough, excellent work and great service. Will definitely be in touch again.

I recently placed an order with Jamie from the parts department for a new seat cover for my 990SMT. Sourcing the correct part required a fair bit of research by Jamie, who could not have been more professional, personable and helpful. The whole process was explained in detail, timelines were provided and this was followed up with excellent communication updates. So pleased am I with the service that I plan to use Jim Aim for everything KTM, even though they're a 200 mile trip away. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

This is a lovely shop with very nice staff but sadly my vist was very negative. My bike had very low compression so I thought I would take advantage of Jim Aim's measuring service which they advertise on their site. I called the shop prior to my visit and asked if they would measure the cylinder for me which they said they would do. This was a long journey for me and when I got to the shop they didn't measure the cylinder and instead they decided to just guess the size. The Piston kit was expensive and because of their guesswork, it has had no impact on the compression of my bike. I'm very upset with the situation.
