Not happy. I been so busy lately booked an appointment for today 18.05.23 paid in advance for the appointment. I called yesterday to say I would like this to be rescheduled and the girls in the place said if I reschedule I would lose the £130 I paid. I had to urgently ask work for today to be booked off only to find I went there and they said to rebook in 2 weeks time. Totally disappointed - it’s ok for me to reschedule and they charge me and when I turn up they rescheduled anyways without my paying. Just dissappointed with the service overall.

I was booked in for a much needed facial. I discussed my issues with the skin therapist who went on to recommend me a cleanser to use and was told it would help my sensitive skin/ dryness (which she pointed out I had). Since using this cleanser my skin has worsened resulting in extreme dryness, redness and tightness. I am very disappointed as not only is my skin now worse than before the facial but the cleanser was expensive and a complete waste.
