Had a poor encounter whilst here. The cashier was very rude and blunt. I understand that not all places offer toilets but desperate times call for desperate needs - the lady said NO - quite rude and aggressively which is fairly uncalled for especially as there were no customers behind me waiting. She also presumes everyone understands Chinese as whilst she serves them which thankfully there is screens that show how much your total is. PS: I had bought from the store so I was a customer.
