We understood that customers should not occupied a table for too long after their meals. However we had just finished our lunch and the waitress gave us the bill and we had to leave even we still had not finished our pot of tea which we paid for.

Very Rude servers. Walked out of this place without ordering anything. These ladies need a lesson in customer service.

Had a bad experience there. Their manner was bad to start with, then after the meal my dad took out an apple to eat, then we got told off "no outside food". Come on, just an apple which would not take more than 5 minutes to finish. They justified that by saying "they may get sued" - i guess they watched too many American movies, as that's not how NHS works. They must have assumed that we're all tourists, no chance of coming back, well, I live in London, I'll not go back for sure and will advise my friends to stay away too.

The food was simply amazing. I got recommended by a lady that was a long time customer their Wasabi Dumplings and they were great. The Wonton soup was also really comforting. The only thing would be that the waiters were a bit too quiet so it made it a bit hard to understand them. Otherwise perfect, service was quick and atmosphere is calm, food is good, I recommend.

Worst attitude with the aged waitress, the young one is neutral , she pointed the table and said that: sit down there. with no respect! I felt pity for her actually , such a poor waitress, anyway the food is not good at all , we wont recommend any one to eat in this restaurant, wont represent for the name of the restaurant , they are full of resentful feelings towards to customers as if we owe her trillion pounds ! they really need learn how to respect customers first then learn how to cook well and then open the restaurant to the public!

This is one of my favourite dim sum restaurants in London, especially for those who don’t eat pork or beef, as there are more seafood and chicken options available for some traditionally pork filled items. Our favourite is the cheung fun with prawn and crispy beancurd, it’s so delicate, fresh and has a nice texture. The staff are efficient and the ambience is good. You can’t precook a table, but even if there is a queue, which there always is, the wait times are short. The custard dessert is also scrumptious. Highly recommended if you are in town and feel like a nice brunch.
