I went in the other day with a private prescription and I had been to several pharmacies as it was difficult to get hold of. The pharmacists attitude from the very start was off. Her tone of voice, her body language, everything was negative. I asked for the price of the medications and this was an issue too whereas I’d been in contact with several pharmacies and they were happy to give me a price over the phone. I decided to leave the medication and go elsewhere where I happily paid with the customer service everyone deserves! Shame I didn’t see the reviews before going in

Wouldn’t even give it a star rating at all!! Claim to be open 10-1 then closed 1-2 for lunch then back open I arrived at 3:40 and it was still closed again same thing the next day.. Phone doesn’t ring like the line is disconnected. They need to sort this out as I need my prescription and if I arrive Monday and still get no where I will be putting a full formal complaint into HR, maybe in need of new staff!!!

Always closed 9 to 1 then 2 to 6 but sometimes closed early. They don't deliver after five days I go pick it up my self .

I'm here at 16:55. they're closed. over an hour from stated closing time - so I cannot get my prescription. for most who work 9-5 this means it's impossible to get their medication. ugh. called the phone no. also no answer.

Ridiculous pharmacy, my prescription wasn’t ready till 2 days. Also on the website they closing time is 6pm on Tuesday, I went at 5:30 and it was closed. Waste of space!!!
