Something is wrong with their landline can never get through, first it rings then is a very strange sound. FIx your landline would you guys? Why is it so difficult and how careless can you guys be not to fix it if you know is not working properly? Of patients/costumers are trying to get through is impossible. I tried ringing this morning x8 times and the same it rings and then a strange sound. Very unprofessional and not a great service at all.

Excellent pharmacy. Brilliant delivery service. The girls are really helpful. I have mobility problems and if they’re not busy will bring the prescription out to my car. Also the parking outside is free.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Rude staff lacking basic people skills who seem uninterested. Avoid. Boots or Superdrug on the high st are far better for obtaining reliably your medication.

I use Jhoots regularly and have never had an issue. I went in last week and explained that i had forgotten my mask( as i am sure most people have on odd occasions) i asked if i could have a disposable one. I was told it would be 50pence!! I was absolutely disgusted. I refused and managed to pick one up on the entrance to another shop a few doors away. Will not be rushing back! Very unpleasant attitude and i have spent a fortune in there over the years.
