*PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY* - I do not believe the high reviews are legitimate! I bought my car 11 months ago from JHM Autohouse. I have, this week, spent £950 so far on dangerous issues that should have been picked up in the most recent MOT (which is a 'Pass' with no advisories). I was also told I would be sent the, already minimal, service history the car was advertised with. I never received it. I do not believe for a second that a service was carried out on the car prior to purchasing and believe the MOT was a con, too. I do not want anybody else to suffer financially in the way I have over the last couple of weeks and have asked JHM Autohouse for an explanation. I would strongly, strongly advise that you look elsewhere when looking for a new car, for your own safety and financial stability.

Absolutely con artists sold a car that can’t be fixed wasn’t interested in helping people pls be aware when you go in there very helpful and seem genuine but once something goes wrong they are not interested in pretty sure these reviews are not real because there cars are so bodged I’m so very upset pls avoid at all costs taking peoples hard earned money that they work for isn’t ok how you sleep I don’t no

Just purchased a Ford Fusion from JHM. Very honest pair that own and run it. Showed me every little imperfection with the car just so they could make me fully aware and were totally honest about anything that needs looking at so there wouldn’t be any surprises. The communication was great. They sorted my tax for me when I went to pick up the car and had a good chat with a genuine decent pair of people. Brought my 2011 chevrolet captiva was the cheapest around at the time and only 2p miles from home went to look at the car while it was in prep never put me off in fact made me want it more seeing the work that was going in to it to get t it ready for sale new transfer box new disc and pads all round. Karl and Pauline just left us to look at the car didn't bug us one bit. Left a deposit and returned a week later to collect the car. After owning the car it developed 2 fault as cars do not matter what price you pay sadly they was when I was on holiday so arrange with Karl to bring it to him as soon as I was back he advised it should be okay. Anyways before getting it to Karl my starter motor packed up Karl took the car back and did the works under warranty and even tho I was desperate for the car back Karl refused to until he fully checked the car over for anymore faults. What can I say great service and great àfter care. Also great company thanks Karl..
