So I order from here quite regularly never had a problem with the food itself 10 out of 10 I can’t say the same for the customer service though unfortunately. After paying £62 for my order which they told me would be an hour, The food didn’t arrive so I called up and they said the food will be 10 minutes. 30 minutes later i call the restaurant back and they say they’re sending it in 20 minutes. It goes past the 20 minutes and still no food, so I call back they say 10 minutes again! 20 minutes later still no food can you guess what’s coming next? yeah your right will send the food in 20 minutes! anyway after many times phoning and waiting.. The food finally arrives.. they forgot 3 Rice dishes! so we called them up to explain and very rudely they tell us it’s our fault and we didn’t order the rice even though it was on the receipt that we had paid for it. The guy on the phone was very rude and obnoxious and threatening I think he may have some anger issues and hung up the phone on me. I will never order from here again I hope nobody else has to experience this it’s such a shame because the food is not too bad
