  I'm not used to writing reviews but I felt I should drop a line to say how happy I've been with your treatment for my swollen ankles. I must say that, after 3 sessions with charming therapists, there has been a considerable reduction in the swelling, so much so that I will feel much more confident when parading on a beach again! The "therapists" were not only charming but very professional and supportive. They were very good company, especially towards a novice (me) in unfamiliar surroundings. I felt very relaxed and even fell asleep! My wife also had Dermalux facial treatment and was VERY pleased with the "service" she received. She now visits the clinic on a regular basis.   The team at JH Skincare provide such excellent service and are so knowledgeable about skin care I had a series of Dermalux LED treatments for hyperpigmentation and recurring acne infection My skin has gotten sooo much better thanks to the treatments and the skin care products provided by JH I will definitely be coming back for more LED treatments in future

  I required treatment for Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN) on my face. Known unkindly as Morgan Freeman skin/brown spots. I was concerned about the number I had and if it was possible to have treatment which would not scar my face. Thankfully Keely at JH Skincare is incredible. She talked me through process and guided me on products to use post treatment and also most importantly life long small habits (SPF daily etc) which has changed my skin for the better. I had a number of DPN’s large and small all over my face. After three treatments my skin has changed completely. Its really transformational. Incredible. I’m so very pleased. I returned recently after one year for a top up session on my face, Keely yet again showed kindness and great skill. I decided to also have the DPN’s and skin tags removed from my neck, top of chest and back, this was all completed within 1 hour. Janis is also great, welcoming, exceptional knowledge, and wonderful at replying quickly to any questions. I’m so thankful to have found the clinic.

  I have had very dry skin during the winter ever since I was a teenager. It was very itchy and uncomfortable, and every year I struggled to manage it especially at the end of the winter. I tried lots of different products and even had a consultation at a well-known skincare counter, which actually resulted in me breaking out in a rash due to the products they recommended. This year, my skin is so much better and that is all thanks to Janis and her team who have finally been able to work with me to find the right skincare to support my very dry and sensitive skin. I can't express enough how much of a relief its been. I have also have IPL treatments at the clinic and the team's approach to explaining the treatments, safety and aftercare is incredible. I feel very lucky that there is such a great resource locally - I don't think you'd find a better run clinic anywhere in London. If you've ever wished your skin was better, go and see Janis and her team. You couldn't be in a safer pair of hands.

  As a lifelong gardener who enjoys the sunshine and getting my hands into the soil, not always with gloves, the resultant pigmentation to the back of my hands was almost inevitable. After four sessions of IPL Laser, I now have fabulous new hands which do not deserve to belong to my arms! They are soft and silky without any pigmentation and the beautiful lotions recommended for aftercare together with sunscreen and professional advice, will ensure that they will remain so. I combined the IPL Laser with another neglected area, my upper lip, which I had been plucking for years. After five monthly sessions, the dark hairs have ceased to appear and I am left with a few white hairs which will be treated with electrolysis. For anyone nervous about pain from IPL Laser, this is constantly monitored during treatment with cooling lotions applied both during and after treatment along with specific instructions for best results from a highly professional clinic with an emphasis on safety, good practice, and, from my experience, excellent results.
