The worst service I have ever had. Called on Friday to hire a ladder for the Monday was promised it will be delivered by 9:30 which it wasn't. Called to find out where they were to be told its hasn't left and they don't know what time it will be delivered. I will for sure never use Redhill hire again.

Absolutely terrible. I was called last week by Jewsons to confirm my tool hire order only to be told by the assistant manager 2 days later (when I arrived at 8am to pick it up) that the hire department was closed. When I questioned this, he said there was no way of getting the tools required and I was fobbed off with a story about how a member of staff had left the business in a fury. I had just that weekend to do some crucial work on a house. No notification, no compensation, no nothing. Absolutely shocking and the reason why I certainly won't be back.
