I would give them zero for the service, but unfortunately this option is not available. The delivery was rescheduled to get the ordered items early morning on time. The first morning delivery slot was agreed and the order was paid. When I called them, Customer stuff at 10.40am just asked me: do you prefer to cancel your order?- meanwhile 3 workers just stands around and wait for the miss delivered items since 7.30am.

Good friendly staff good DIY and for builder but let down by size of stock this store ...it's old and needs updating just the basic pluming/ electrical shame.... the staff do there best in a run down store.... jewson spend the money and up date this place....more stock ect.....it's now the 21st century not 1970s....
