It's a shame I can't give it 0 stars! And It's a real shame when your that desperate that you have to come here! 1 decent person behind the counter but it's a shame when his on his break! Everyone else in the office is absolutely useless and look as if they've been chewing on a wasp! Yardie's ain't as bad as they were, 1 is decent, the other has got better, but the young lad is a chocolate teapot! Made a complaint before, and other than 1 yardie's attitude getting marginally better, nothing has changed! 2 minutes to grab what you want from the yard, then nearly 10 minutes to get a receipt from the office counter! So frustrating!

Like most builders yards they are suffering with supply problems but they do their best to accommodate you, the majority of the staff will go out of their way to help . It's just the odd one that can't. I've been going there for over 20 years and I won't be stopping any time soon
