A terrible experience. My husband ordered Cooper Pedy Opals for my Christmas gift. It was a good job I checked what was sent. No opals. Instead nothing like what we ordered. Beads from China and a DVD. Not what we ordered. We had zero explaination as to where the opal beads are.
