Bought three items over the weekend. While two were fine, we did have an issue with the third item. However the owners son was there and dealt with the complaint well. Only giving four stars as I did want the third item -had it not been for the issue. All items should be checked by sales staff before the final sales process to avoid customer dissatisfaction in future. Overall however we were happy with the service and pricing and after sales. The younger sales assistant was very nice and isn’t too pushy BUT makes you feel comfortable and at ease with purchase.
