After researching and reading reviews, we thought we would try Jewelcast to print and cast our first designed ring piece. We were hesitant to give STL file without a guarantee of work, so we sent images and details of the specification for quote. Jewelcast asked for the STL file, which we ended up sending. Since agreeing to their quote and providing name and address as requested, we have heard nothing more since we agreed to go ahead. This was in July. Disappointed that we sent a file of a design we produced (as well personal information), which we didn't want to do without the guarantee of work.

I can't praise Karen and her amazing team enough. They are a breath of fresh air compared to all the casters I've gone through in my nearly 20 years in business. I think I might have tried 10 of them at least.... If there is a problem - which there rarely is as casting that aren't good enough just don't get sent - they deal with it in the best way, they communicate! There is never any quibbling, extra charging or whatever and you don't have to chase them. Castings are very good, both in silver and gold. However busy and expanding they are, the casting is also very quick. I would give 10 stars if I could!
