This is the worse Airport Car park I've been too.. No parking spaces.. Bus not stopping at certain stops.. The waiting times on a bus are awful.. waited 45mins for a bus in the rain.. As bus stop couldn't hold 4 people.. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.. I will be demanding a refund of something due to it not being as advertised..

By far and away the worse car park I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. Despite pre-booking there were clearly more cars allowed in than spaces available, as there were cars abandoned everywhere and no spaces evident. As mentioned by others, the gravel makes wheeling bags a nightmare, especially with all the puddles. The bus stop were small and few, meaning everyone got soaked waiting in the rain. When the bus arrived, it was unable to accommodate everyone and I don’t know how long people had to wait for the next one.

Just got back from our holiday using Jetparks Ringway for the week and have to say it was great. Carpark is mostly gravel but also has paved stretches so wasn’t an issue. We half expected our car to be covered in dust when we returned which it wasn’t. The shuttle took 15-20 minutes to arrive when we left and was quicker when we returned which was better than expected after reading others reviews. A seamless service all round. Thanks! 👍

We purchased this option as it was the cheapest and easiest with an included bus route. I wish we had paid £15 more to be at the closer carpark and saved the stress. The website advertises a free bus every 15 minutes. This is not true, we waited 35 minutes at 5.30 in the morning before our flight. After 25 minutes people at the bus stop became impatient and children anxious and restless. The bus is not designed for airport transfers, it was simply a bus with no space for luggage. Suitcases wouldn't fit between the seats nor down the aisles so most people were just stood catching rolling luggage. The bus stops at every terminal but due to the lack of storage for suitcases and the aisle being blocked this meant everyone had to get off the bus to let people departing from terminal 2 and 3 etc meaning the journey to terminal 1 is not 13 minutes as advertised. In total it took us 50 minutes to get to the airport from the time we got to the bust stop so account for this if choosing to book. On the way back we stood at the bus stop marked JetParks 3/Ringway for 20 minutes before beginning to think we would have a similar issue as before. After 25 minutes we decided to walk it as our end parking time was coming up and we didn't want to be overcharged. It was a 1.1 mile walk and took us 25 minutes with our luggage. As we got to our car we saw a bus pulling in, so I'm glad we walked rather than wait for another 20/25 minutes. The car park is merely a piece of gravelled abandoned land with some barriers that anyone in the housing estates around has access to. Which wasn't reassuring when we did get back to see police cars and riot police vans opposite. Expect scratches and your car needed a good clean due to its terrain! We will be contacting the company for compensation as they failed to provide what was advertised and we had purchased.

Wait for bus is ridiculous. Didn't help the bus driver went straight past a group of 10+ people with plenty of seats left.

We gave up waiting on the way to the airport and walked instead. Waited 40mins for a crowded standing only trip on the way back.

Car park full despite booking ahead. People parked like idiots, no space markings. No staff to organise either. Adjacent car park confuses things, not obvious whether it belongs to jetparks or not. Haven’t bothered to tarmac the gravel walkway. Wouldn’t recommend. Only positive is the shuttle didn’t take long and the driver was friendly.

It is what it is...however, the fact that much of the car park is gravel\stone which isn't too good for your expensive suitcases. Prolonged wait for bus. When it did arrive the driver was non stop telling us all how long she had been working. Had an enforced overstay and any attempt to make contact to avoid any expensive charges was fraught. Link in emails did not work and the phone number offered was for the airport not the company.

Much of the car parking is on dusty gravel which made it hard to pull small wheeled suitcases on and left them filthy for our entire trip. The worst part of our experience is that there was no bus to take us to the airport - after waiting 40 minutes the anxiety of being late to the airport meant we where forced to phone a taxi as many others in the ever increasing queues of people forming also had to do. As we got into our taxi a bus did eventually arrive but too late by then as we had to take the taxi. During the wait we tried phoning the contact number and just got through to a generic auto attendant with no help. We also called the help button at the entrance barrier who did answer and the operator was helpful and think this is what eventually triggered the arrival of the 45/50minute late bus. The lack of the advertised frequent shuttle bus caused our whole start to our holiday to be frantic which lasted into our 1st day of our holiday. Not to mention the extra expense of the taxi. Whilst waiting at the gate for our flight, we over heard another user of this car park reciting the horrible experience of no bus they had in this car park although they did get on the one that eventually turned up rather than take the taxi they had already called. On returning to the car after a two week holiday, the car was covered in a heavy film of stone dust blown from the loose gravel, so much so that windscreen wiper washer could not clean the windscreen so needed to find a jet wash to clean the windows before continuing the journey home. Can’t recommend this parking at all!
