    Jetline Cruise holidays in my opinion did not give what they promised. The aircraft tickets did not materialise. My friend and I spent the whole afternoon before we were due to fly trying to download tickets but failed. Arrived at the airport and had to figure out what to do. Bearing in mind we are OAPs this was extremely difficult and stressful. It turned out that American Airlines had switched us to BA. This happened on the return trip too. Because our connecting flight to New Orleans was delayed the planned taxi had to be notified, more stress. The ship was good and the staff were excellent but there were too many on board. Booking us onto Amtrak really put the dampers on the holiday. Bearing in mind i am 74 i was expected to climb into a bunkbed which could only be approached head first similar to be loaded into a torpedo tube! There was no room to turn over. It was so bad I decided to sit in the cafeteria and stayed up all night. Full board it was not. A muffin and a cup of coffee for a 10 hour trip is not full board. Please Jetline do not use Amtrak it is outdated and not fit for purpose. Graceland and Memphis were really good so would recommend these two places. If you go to USA get the Uber app as they are so much more cheaper. One way to Graceland with Uber cost 21 dollars the return was 45 dollars because mobile was flat. Always make sure your mobile is charged up. The Americans we met were really friendly but think I will stick closer to home.

    Actually, if there is a ‘ no star’ option available, this is what it would be! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, in our opinion! In a nutshell, booked a Sydney stay with a South Pacific island cruise. 3 wks prior to departure- think, this is strange no info on trips etc coming through. Phone the almost non existent, let alone responsive customer service on numerous occasions, to no avail. Google the cruise etc and find that the ship is not, in fact, visiting the islands but the East coast of Oz. We had had NO info on the change of itinerary, which was no where we wanted visit as already had. I won’t bore you with the ongoing story but it was horrendous. Talking with people in call centres overseas with no information or authority. Hence, the trip got cancelled because it wasn’t what we booked. After several , painful months of pestering, we got our refund. WE WILL NEVER EVER LOOK AT A JETLINE CRUISE EMAIL AGAIN, NEVER EVER!!

    Do not use this company they are scammers I paid £12000 for a cruise they took my payment and forgot to tell me that the cruise line cancelled the route 4 days before I paid the final amount it then took 6 months and my bank to get my money refunded. They are very nice when booking but if there is a problem beware you will have a battle on your hands

    where do I start - booked A cruise from Southampton to NY on QM2 then 2 night stop over in NY and train from NY to Niagara falls for 3 nights. booked in April 2021. In July 2022 they changed the Train to a flight stating train was not running due to COVID, this was not true I check and would have been able to book it without restriction they said the flight had now been booked and could not be changed.... Also on the original booking they stated hotels we would be stopping in, I checked and they had reasonable reviews so was happy. We then notice they had changed the hotels without informing us. The hotel in NY have some dubious reviews and the Hotel in Niagara has some atrocious reviews we have called and emailed to get this changed and have yet to get a response, each time we call the customer services the say they cannot help and will pass our request to the Cruise Specialist who took our booking we have sent numerous emails to no avail Would not recommend this company I am just trying to ensure my holiday goes without issue......

    On behalf of my father who went on a cruise in July. Transfers to the airport/hotel paid for in the price did not turn up on two separate occasions. They were told they would be refunded for the cost of the taxis they had to get last minute (after waiting hours!), however it has not been 6 months and still no refund. Do not recommend

    Booked a holiday of a lifetime to USA that includes maiden voyage cruise on Carnival Celebration and Queen Mary 2 from NY back to Southampton. Information has been lacking and now a week before we are due to go on holiday hotel vouchers are in the wrong name. Over charged as Future Cruise Credit had been used even though the holiday had been paid up in full and have been chasing for a refund, which apparently has been paid onto my account but have to wait 7 - 10 days for it to clear?! Waited 5 mins for my call to be answered on a Saturday morning at 10:00 and then got transferred to possibly a call centre. Will never use this company again and the holiday of a lifetime is becoming a living nightmare and more expensive by the minute

    I’m afraid I am adding to the negative comments on here. Avoid this company. They have been rubbish from beginning to end with my cruise. Trying to get hold of anyone is very difficult. They booked me a cruise package where we get off the ship at 08.30am and my flight leaves at 10pm that night!!!! Seriously!!! Fourteen hours wait time in transfer and at the airport, lovely way to end your holiday, Their answer was they always book the cheapest flights. That says it all really in my book. They even overcharged me for my EasyJet baggage so they could make a little profit on it. They have just been dreadful. Paperwork for my cruise eventually arrived but it is incorrect with items missing. When I attempted to tell them how cr** they were they told me I was being rude. I will never use this company ever again - and as I go on nine holidays a year that’s a real shame for them. Avoid!!!! Too stressful as they are so unorganised

    NEVER AGAIN !! Unprofessional uncoordinated and incompetent - they couldn’t even arrange a taxi to the airport! Booked 3 days in the Lake Garda then time in Venice and Rome as a wraparound to our cruise with Celebrity. The cruise itself was really great ( no thanks to Jetline) but pretty much everything Jetline had a hand in was problematic. The location of our hotel on the booking was shown as Sirmione but was in fact 2 kilometres and then a twenty minute ferry ride away in Desanzanso! Hotel was meant to be 3/4 star but our Jetline booked room was around one star although the hotel did have nicer rooms. Transfers to the train station paid for in the price did not turn up. Jetline’s only solution was for us to arrange new transfers ourselves and pay ( again ) and they would reimburse us - we’re still waiting for even an acknowledgment of our e mails requesting the refund never mind any reimbursement !! Customer service staff we spoke to don’t seem at all knowledgeable on the locations and countries eg they had not realised that the port of Venice is now actually over 130 kilometres from Venice and had arranged no port transfer for us !! We travelled as a group of 6 but Jetline managed to book us on separate trains and carriages to Venice despite there being loads of seats free on each train. Transfer times were not tied in with the ship latest disembarkation time of 8.30 - we had been expected to wait until 12.00 for our transport to Rome at a port with no facilities in over 30 degrees heat .Two of our party had to wait until 4pm ! Cruise specialists Jetline could not explain why they had booked the totally inappropriate port pick up times which could not be changed. Staff promise to sort matters out but don’t even bother phoning back. You are constantly chasing them and wondering what will go wrong next .The stress that Jetline introduced to our holiday was unreal. The transfer company that they used for us (Hoppa ) only communicate online and our pick up time for our flight home was shown as 1 January 1900 at zero hours !! . Jetline took 8 hours to get back to me to say that they couldn’t actually contact their supplier to confirm the transfer and so could we just re arrange it ourselves locally …and pay for it !! . As I said earlier we are still waiting.
