Good set of lads came and completed the damp proofing works on my property - couldn't say a bad word about them! The quality of the works was good overall with a few minor issues but nothing determinantal to the purpose of the work. The works were completed quickly and there was full transparency over additional costs (which were warranted). The plastering itself was of a good quality - the carpentry was ok but could have been better. The only minor issues were nails left visible in the skirting boards, a slight defect with the plaster finish to the property's door which was rectified immediately upon the issue being raised (One day of the issue being brought up) and a slight level issue with the flooring. Overall, I would recommend to anyone in a similar scenario to myself whereby rising damp was wreaking havoc to the internal walls of the property. In addition, it was found that half of the floorboards were completely wrecked and required replacing so JET offered to resolve this. They turned a resolution/price around for this in the same day which i found to be very good. I would always check under your flooring beforehand if you have rising damp if possible as there was a fair amount of additional works involved in resolving this. The finish on this flooring could have been slightly better as the levels weren't 100% flush but that's only a very small criticism. Overall, the response to the change was very good and they turned around a resolution very quickly. Cost wise I would say that the price I received is in or around the market rate for the service provided.

Very happy with the work carried out to rising damp in our living room. Mark came to check the damp, explained in detail what was needed and gave us a very good quote. The lads arrived on time on the date agreed and did a fantastic job, they were friendly, professional and clearly took pride in their work and left the house tidy. I’d happily recommend Jet and will use them for any future jobs that may arise.

Undertook a couple of projects for us over summer of 2021 and such reviewed individually. Fascias and gutter replacement undertaken and overall workmanship and timing was excellent. Would recommend to undertake similar work 👍 rear single storey extension and new kitchen this job was meant to be progress in 2020 but Covid stopped us progressing. JET managed the project start to finish and got involved when issues occurred with kitchen from Howden’s and took away the hassle. Overall good workmanship and would recommend for this type of project. Thanks to John and the team 👍

Excellent work done promptly and at short notice. Damp course was installed exactly as described. Ashley worked extremely hard and efficiently over two days and cleared up well, taking excess rubbish away with him for disposal. Everyone liaised with my kitchen installers well so that the job could be accommodated within my time frame. I highly recommend them.
