Unfortunately, I have just removed both of my children from Jesters. Their standards have fallen below what I deem acceptable, especially in relation to the fees being charged. There has been several staffing changes which has meant that at one point my daughter had 5 different 'key workers' in just 5 months. Since we joined in August 2020, only 3 staff members remain. Moreover, I do not feel the staff considered my son's needs when changing his key worker just 3 months before he is due to start school. The teachers work hard and we have been appreciative of their individual efforts. There is a good variety of food offered but this has been inconsistent over time. The car park is a nightmare at drop off and pick up time. My experience with the management (both senior and at setting-level) has been poor. I tried to stick with the nursery as long as I could because the idea of changing was overwhelming but I wish we had left months ago. There is much better out there.

I can’t recommend Jesters enough. The staff are wonderful, my son absolutely loves going! There is always something great planned to suit all different children of all ages. The staff are approachable and supportive Ive always felt if they can help out they will do their best.
