I placed an order from here in march and only half my order arrived despite the invoice saying all dispatched I have no complaints about the 2 x 1kg of sweets I received but as stated only half the order was dispatched I’ve sent emails to all the different email addresses I could find for this company and had no response

I love this sweet shop. It has everything you can think of in terms of pick and mix. The variety and the quality are fantastic. They also have loads sweets that kids love like pez and other toy like ones. The best thing for me about the place is all the imported fantas and flavoured fizzy drinks. They also have imported American sweets snacks like Pringles and twinkies. It is always clean and we'll stocked. My friends, family and myself all love this shop, there is always something for everyone as there is so much choice. It's situated right in town so it's easy to get to and I believe it is wheelchair accessible. The staff are always helpful, particularly management/owners.

I have spent the best part of 3 hours changing and tweaking my address details in the hopes of my order going through to no avail. I am fully aware it is not the fault of myself as it is the exact same way I input my address into many delivery services, Evri included with no such issues. I receive and error that is completely blank and it locks me out if my purchase options. I have had this place recommended to me by multiple people yet a simple form cannot even be done correctly. Highly disappointed.

Unfortunately experienced discriminatory and racist behaviour several times from 1 lady working here. I used this branch to post some parcels through Evri I have been in 3/4 times and 1 particular staff made me uncomfortable following me and looking down on me for the way I looked wearing a hijab. I ignored every time but today I visited to collect a parcel the same lady followed me and pulled her colleague on the counter aside (while im stood right in front of them) and told her to keep an eye on me. My husband was waiting outside for me and the same staff member proceeds to go and keep an eye on him. Honestly I am shocked how one person can be so mean and derogatory towards a customer. I left in silence to avoid drama but unfortunately will never go back.
