Absolutely amazing interactions with Jessica’s bridal shop. I really struggled to find a veil I loved (online and in stores). I rang up the store at short notice and they very kindly fitted me in for a last minute browse of veils. They couldn’t have been more helpful in designing my bespoke veil - nothing was too much trouble! I made the order via email the next week and it arrived quickly with excellent communication. I’d highly recommend this bridal shop, such amazing, genuine customer service. Thank you so much!

Had a really great experience searching for my wedding dress at Jessica's in October 2019. Both Sharon and her daughter were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and they had ideas of customising different dresses to create the perfect dress for me. After a recent experience at another wedding dress shop where I felt pressurised into picking a dress and it being a business deal rather than a personal one I was chuffed to be in such a nice, relaxed environment with no pressure, just two lovely women who were happy to help me and make it feel special. The dress I found is perfect and it's made me really excited for the big day later in the year. I highly recommend Jessica's a great professional and enjoyable experience! (Sorry for the delay in posting!!)
