Jess has treated my two dogs, one just for check up and the other with great anxiety issues. We have had three treatments over a space of two months, and the progress has been amazing. Jess is calm and gentle, and never pushes things further than the dogs are happy with. She explains what she is doing as she goes along, and gives a written report after each session. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this physiotherapy practice for your animals.

Jess has been working with our dog for five months now, following a diagnosis of ruptured cruciate ligament. On the very first visit, Jess suggested our dog had a cruciate issue which our vet at the time had mis diagnosed. She was right. Jess made immediate suggestions to minimise pain and further injury whilst waiting for surgery. Jess has been so much more than a physio; she has been a professional friend to us and our dog, who adores her. Jess has guided us through a very difficult time both pre and post op, and has been there to support us whenever needed. Her expert guidance has been so reassuring and the treatment recommended has been devised to consider our lifestyle as well as our dog's needs. We cannot recommend Jess enough, and are so pleased to have found her.

Jess has done wonders for my mare who was lacking muscle and core strength. She has now built up with the exercise plan Jess set out for her and her saddle now fits properly again. Jess is always punctual and very professional.
