    DOES NOT PAY THEIR INVOICES! This joke of a firm took 7 months to resolve leaks within my property that was caused by them, dragging their feet every step of the way. The actual remediation only took a matter of days, but it took months of constantly nagging them to get the job done. I was told numerous times they would pay me for the lost rent only to be told after sending them the invoice they saw no reason to pay it.
