Beware! This company is a major let down! To go through my interview and get on great, I pay for my DBS and then pay to update service. To then do online training and pass what I need, then to be told i need to wait for them to find me work which is absolutely fine, but 3 months down the line still nothing.they never contacted me in anyway, it was me who was ringing them. Then last week I realised that I could no longer log in to my online portal. So called to see what was wrong with it, I was then told that they had emailed me with 2 offers of employment!!!! So they thought I didn't want work? I've received nothing at all. So then to find out it was there mistake!!!! This is a absolute shambles, I've never done this line if work before and to be let down like this is disgusting. I've done training and paid out money to work with this agency. What an absolute waste of my time.
