This is definitely a scam company. Only when you consume from them will you get good service. But I'm leaving their company, their service is extremely bad. I refunded the deposit 3 weeks ago, and then the staff deliberately miswritten my name and bank card number. I put my bank card in front of her, and deliberately copied it wrong. Then told me to refund the deposit in three to five working days. It has been three weeks. I called them on May 15th and told me that the person in charge was not there. I called again on May 16th and told me to wait for me. Called back, I didn't wait for a call either. On May 17, they called again and told me that the deposit would be refunded within 2 hours, but I haven't received it until today. They may say that my lie is a lie. But I have recorded conversations with them. The merchant asked me to delete the comment. I don't need a deposit either. If I commented on your company not refunding the deposit, it may be my problem. The key point is that several people commented on not refunding the deposit.

Scammers, very poor customer service, looking at other reviews here it seems there’s a pattern going, where when you return your bottle they won’t refund your deposit! Apparently it’s been too long... , but you have your bottle back which once re tested they’ll have back in circulation scamming someone else out of there deposit! One sure thing , il never be using them again! AVOID Replying to the owners comment, unlike them I actually found the original invoice out, no where does it stipulate how long you can or cant keep the bottle for your surcharge to stand. As I explained when I was in their reception we are now using the gas for a different purpose which would of meant we would be re-filling a lot more regularly, However all they wanted was the bottle back and to keep our surcharge, and try to sell a ridiculously overpriced alternative that is available much cheaper elsewhere. All for the sake of a £30 deposit, they are inviting bad reviews on themselves. As already said AVOID

Now you're asking me why? Politely? No rude arrogance on the phone? Not going to hang up on me? You want a public answer? Fine. After getting 2 50L cylinders of welding gas from you around 18 months ago I called and asked if I could get a refill please, You refused and told me you wanted the cylinders back because I had them to long without refills. This is despite repeatability telling you that I was on working on contract in Germany and wasn't using any but I would be when I returned, You called me while I was there so often I stopped taking your calls as much. You then sent someone unannounced to my home while I was away and demanded the cylinders from my partner leaving her very upset. She called me and I immediately called your company and you claimed to know nothing about it. Yet yesterday you claimed that our dog had chased your guy away. Another complete lie. So yesterday I told you to collect the cylinders and asked for my deposit. You refused to give back the deposit, Which seems to be quite the thing with your company doesn't it? I( have spent 32 years in the industry and word spreads) I have no SIGNED CONTRACT with you unless you have fabricated that as well. When I again asked for my deposit I was told "We'll sort it out when we get there" I asked what that meant and to clarify if you were refunding my deposit, Yes or no? "We'll sort it when we get there" I was told in a nasty tone and then you hung up. Are you threatening me? Your nothing but thieves and liars. You could have resolved this very easy by simply asking if I would pay for another year's "rental" as you now call it, (despite them being so called rent free bottles) and I would have done that. Now you have gone to far and I've gone with another supplier who does not dream things up the way you do. Well I'm home now. Want your bottles? Pay the deposit back. Nothing but thieves.
