Dave was incredibly helpful and friendly from my first contact and particularly when I went to his office (which was also very clean and well organized). This is a predominantly online business that allowed me to pick up an order while in the area. Have bought several items from them and they have always met or exceeded expectations. The online descriptions are crisp and clear. There is a traditional stamp shop downstairs, separate business.

I have bought stamps from Jerwood Philatelics, not as a collector but to use for postage. I sell things on ebay now and again and have always had good advice on what postal method to use. Once when I couldn't get to my local post office during its limited opening hours I was granted the favour of leaving my parcel at the JP office so it could be collected by Royal Mail along with their outgoing shipments. Rest assured if I do become a collector, I know where my first port of call will be.
