Lauren was so lovely and kind in the lead up to Mum's funeral, taking the stress and worry out of having to organise everything from the Order of Service to the flowers to the music at both the crematorium and the church afterwards, and Nick was splendid on the day, professional, charming and kind; everything went swimmingly well. Jerrams made the whole process so much easier for us at what is undoubtedly a difficult time.
