My husband, Tim, and I were looking at the possibility of changing my engagement ring to one that reflected my original ring more and to upgrade it. Wonderful Sanya helped us to start the process by looking at some possibilities. Lauren was amazing, so patient at every visit, looking at the resin example and realising it wasn't quite what we wanted and making a new one to reflect the changes. Fabulous Kerrie scheduled our visits so that we would be able to pick up the ring on our anniversary. We felt so special toasting with a glass of Hattingley Sparkling wine and especially when we left with a beautiful bouquet of red roses and a bottle of Hattingley! And to finish it off, Chris polished my wedding ring so it would shine as brightly as my new ring. We are over the moon with my "new" engagement ring and I can't stop smiling every time I look at it. We had such a wonderful experience at Jeremy France Jewellers and highly recommend the fantastic team there!

The range of pieces available was excellent. Petra looked after us very well and helped me choose exactly the right one - quite an accomplishment when you consider that I didn’t really know quite what it was that I DID want. Very impressed.
