They took over iTech security who installed my system and had not given me the admin password. Jensen Security would not provide me with the password (even via post) unless I paid £120+VAT for a call-out. Fortunately I managed to reset the admin password directly with the manufacturer so didn't have to pay them the extortion monies.

We had a fire alarm security/cctv system installed by the great guys at Jensen about a year ago now. The install guys we brilliant even tho they were up against it with our challenging old building. I wanted to leave a review a year on to give a better account my experience. The after support and ongoing servicing has been just as good as the original install. I would highly recommend Jensen 5 Stars 👍🏻
