0 stars for this joke, if only I would check opinions on here before order from them I would never buy from them, information on their website saying that delivery takes 5 to 7 days, after 9 business working days (I’m clearly not including weekends ) I have received an email from them that my order is being processed… 😑 so I have send them an email how come is just now being processed if it should be delivered by now … no response, after 3 working days I have send them an email again … no response, such an amount of disrespect to a customer it’s unbelievable, very bad work ethic. Just order from someone else these people are not worth your or my money.

One of the worst companies we have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They may have the products in stock but getting them to deliver them (even after paying for delivery) was a nightmare. They just kept breaking their promises on delivery dates so I advise anyone else to look elsewhere to avoid similar frustration.

Citrus pre wash turned up one day late after paying £15 for express delivery. Absurd amount from the get go. The box arrived damaged so my confidence in this product wasn’t high. Now the bag is sealed and capped but I’m not sure what was all over my box. After a quick phone call they refunded me only the amount of the product and not the delivery. Reason being because they had already sent it out. So I now have to take the time to test this product on scrap parts to ensure it’s safe for my clients. But then I’m down £15 because they had to send it out to me???
