The boat moves too quickly on the canal and scrapes along other boats, the driver is particulary rude and aggressive but to add insult to injury I watched him almost drown a person in a canoe. An appealing experience, if you love your life avoid at all cost!

VILE, RUDE and reckless crew operate this boat. The male driver is aggressive and rude to all other users of the canal, shouting at them and being wholly inconsiderate. He drives way too fast, causing a safety hazard and disturbing moored boats, single handed my making this stretch of canal a horrible place to be. I personally witnessed him almost run over a group of kayakers after coming round a blind corner too fast, proceed to shout at them, then use his engine to try and sink one of their boats. He should be given an ASBO and the canal and river trust should revoke their licence.

Incredibly rude, unfriendly staff, keen to make a misery for anyone else using the canal. I hired a boat with my friends on a lovely sunny day and ended up getting screamed at by the female Jenny Wren crew member for not going fast enough despite the fact our hire boat was going at full speed. When we said we couldn’t go any faster she carried on shouting aggressively and barged us out of the way onto the wrong side of the river. Incredibly aggressive and threatening behaviour. As a passenger I suggest only going for a ride if you are comfortable listening to the crew shouting rudely at others throughout the duration of the trip. Clearly from other reviews I am not the only one to have this experience. Will absolutely avoid this tour for my next boat trip!

very unfriendly crew with a foul attitude towards anyone else using the canal, sadly making camden an incredibly hostile place to cruise through. in my case, but i’ve heard many similar, inviting unnecessary conflict and making very rude remarks about how long it took me to go down the lock, despite doing so as efficiently as possible as a solo boater while she just stood there watching. i am physically much less able due to ME/CFS and absolutely do not need to hear condescension about the rate at which i can do locks (which wasn't even slow anyway), particularly when it made no difference to their tour boats who have their own separate lock. even if it did, the canals are not for rushing, and their business is not everyone else’s problem.
