Jenny is a fantastic trainer. I did 3 months of 1 to 1 sessions with her to train for a marathon. Jenny designed a bespoke running programme which really pushed me but wasn’t formulaic and was tweaked depending on how I was feeling that week. She introduced me to tempo runs which were horrible but effective and we did some excellent strength training as well. Extremely knowledgeable, warm, engaging and caring. I did my 2nd best marathon time ever, and was only beaten by one I did at 22, and I’m now 44! Worth every penny, couldn’t recommend Jenny highly enough.

I started working with Jenni in June 2021, as my eating disorder had returned. I had been free from my bulimia for 8 years with the help of ( OA) overeater anonymous, which is a fantastic organisation, with lots of support. Because of the Covid pandemic the OA meetings had to stop, so I didn’t have the support I needed. I personally believed you never truly get over an eating disorder, but with the help of a counsellor, coach or OA meetings you can stay on track and focus on recovery. Jenni helped me with my fear of food, as my bulimia was always triggered by my undereating and overtraining. I’ve had an eating disorder since I was 16 years old (now 50 years old) starting with anorexia for many years that went into bulimia. Jenni help me understand the nutritional value of food and made me feel safe to try new foods. I am never going to be that girl that orders a pizza dripping in cheese, but I know I can go out with the family and look at a menu without having a panic attack and I can order something (not a salad). I wanted to get better for myself and for my family, good food equals good times and new experiences. I will continue to use the tools that Jenni taught me and so far I am free of my bulimia. But I know if I have a setback in the future I know I have Jenni in my corner and that is a lovely feeling to have, someone I trust and respect. Thank you Jenni x

I've been training with Jenny twice a week for around 9 weeks now and chose her due to her offering online sessions via zoom (she offers face to face too, but online suit me better) & her specialising in prenatal training. I am very pleased with my choice & she has def exceeded my expectations - I can tell that each session has been carefully planned and is tailored to my current level & future goals, and contains enough challenge so that I feel like I'm pushing myself & making progess in each session. The online format has worked well - Jenny gives instruction well & can easily spot & correct form. & she's very encouraging which helps! On top of all this, she's extremely professional in her communications, punctuality etc (which is important as I prefer early morning sessions). Overall, I'd really recommend Jenny to anyone who's looking for a personal trainer, whatever their fitness goals & needs.
