I've been coming here for over four years and I think they are very good at waxing eyebrows. I find the comments made about staff being rude and shouting hard to believe, as that's something I've never experienced or seen. If anything the way some customers speak to the staff I consider to be rude. Hardly hear people saying thank you or please. Manners work both ways. Service: Eyebrow shaping

Absolutely shocking,aggressive behaviour by 2 staff that were there, have been going for over a year every 3 weeks,the girl I usually have was not there, when told price I stated that as I'd only paid £25 last time I hadn't brought enough cash ( they do not take cards). Before I could explain I would need to got to atm, the girl in the white booble hat started screaming at me that I was a liar I hadn't paid that much before and that I had never been to the shop, the other technician started shouting at me aswell, I wasin total shock, asked for them to apologise for the behaviour, apparently they don't apologise for aggressive intimidating behaviour to the likes of me.
