  We can't recommend Jenny enough! We didnt really know where to start when looking for a wedding photographer and we stumbled across Jenny's website. We are so glad we did! She was the perfect combination of friendly and personable, whilst also being direct when needed (like when gathering guests!) She got to know who was who, and got some beautiful shots of the day! She was also great at noticing the detail, like shirts coming untucked! We really loved sharing the day with her! The photos are fabulous - thank you Jenny!

  Jenny did an absolutely amazing job of photographing our wedding day perfectly! She is not only a brilliant photographer but was so nice and friendly and made us both feel relaxed on the day. She really helped us on our special day, she even ensured everyone was ready in time for the ceremony :-) Even though we didn't get chance to meet Jenny before our big day this was no problem as she was always at the end of the phone or an email answering all my queries. She captures the most beautiful natural moments including all the little details you don't take in properly on the day along with all the important group / couple shots. Her style is just beautiful! She was such an important part of our day and we would recommend her highly! Thanks again Jenny - you are amazing! x x

  We booked Jenny to do our wedding photos for our wedding last Summer, July 2019. Not being local to the area I had to really research into suppliers. I found a number of Yorkshire photographers but Jenny's photos stood out to me the most. I just loved the style and colours she used for her pictures. I emailed and got a very quick reply, luckily she was available and so I booked her. It was the best thing we did, we are so happy with our wedding photos and Jenny put both myself and my husband at ease. She sent our photo memory stick in a lovely presentation box too and I just love looking back at our wonderful memories that she captured. We really recommend her, she is a lovely lady and a great photographer. Book her for your wedding, you wont regret it.

  Great family photos and photographer. Jenny really helped with our 2 shy young girls, getting them into great situations for some amazing natural photos. We were really pleased with the results, she didn't overwhelm us with instructions and when the weather spoiled the first session, she rebooked us without question. I would highly recommend Jenny and will be booking her in again.

  We couldn’t recommend Jenny Madden enough to anyone looking for a phographer for their special day! She is professional and talented! Both of us felt very awkward about having out photo taken and didn’t want our wedding photos to look posed and fake. She arrived on the day and came into the bridal suit whilst I was getting ready and took charge of the situation in the nicest possible way. She explained everything to expect, the ideas she had and put my nerves to rest. She checked everything she planned to do step by step was ok with us and did a great job of getting the guests together. The photos turned out exactly how we wanted, not posed and really bright and fresh. She was a BABE!

  I booked Jenny for our wedding and I'm so glad I did. We went for a very small, low key wedding and I only wanted to have a photographer there for a pre-wedding photoshoot with my husband-to-be (yes, very none traditional!) and the ceremony itself. I contacted a few photographers that I found through instagram, one of them actually said that they wouldn't photograph my wedding as they only do full day packages which I think is the case with many wedding photographers. However, after I asked Jenny she got back to me and said that she loved it when Brides did their own thing with their wedding, and would love to be a part of it. This really put me as ease and I knew she'd be the right photographer for me. When we met on the morning of the wedding, she put us both at ease right away. I get very stressed about things, hence why I decided to have such a small wedding, and I'd been quite nervous all morning. After the photoshoot with Jenny I genuinely felt really calm and ready to get married! I'm pretty comfortable in front of a camera, but my husband is a little shy. Jenny gave really good directions for posed shots (which look SO GOOD) and also encouraged us to chat and laugh with one another as normal, to capture beautiful natural shots. For me, my wedding was 100% about love and family. It was really important to me that everything was genuine and simple. I didn't want to do things purely because of how they look or in order to show off. Jenny seemed to really understand this when she photographed our wedding, because she captured genuine moments. Her photos captured the joy that we were all feeling, and that to me is so important. I booked Jenny for three hours and after the ceremony we still had a bit of time left, so she came with us when we popped to the pub before afternoon tea at Bettys. She got some wonderful shots of our guests chatting and laughing and drinking. She also saved me from falling off my chair at one point, always good to have a multi faceted wedding photographer! Jenny integrated so well into the day. With a smaller wedding, the photographer is more noticeable, but she was definitely meant to be there. She is so friendly and easy going, and even offered to drive a couple of the guests from the registry office to the pub! When the photos were finished, she created a little video montage of them for us while we waited for the memory stick to arrive. It's such a lovely touch and I was so grateful for it. To watch it back was so emotional and made me so excited to get the real things. I could not recommend Jenny enough - she listens, she respects the vibe of the wedding and she is a great person to have around! If we ever want another photoshoot, there is no way I would go to anyone other than Jenny.

  We got a 1hr photo session as a gift and met Jenny at the outside location of our choice near Ripon. She was fantastic and very professional & put us at ease. She was brilliant with our little boy and got some excellent photos which we will cherish for years. We would highly recommend Jenny and we will no doubt use her again in the future.

  I cannot recommend Jenny highly enough! She shot our wedding in Burnsall and was the most positive, relaxed and bubbly addition to our day! From our pre shoot to our wedding day, Jenny brought ideas about whatbpictires to take at the same time as listening to what we wanted. She was so personable and friendly that we felt relaxed the entire time and that shows through in the pictures! This carries through to our toddler who responded excellently to her. On our wedding day, Jenny melted in with the day. She was there to take the perfect shots, happy to work with timings as they changed and really flexibly worked with (and around) family members. We could enjoy our day knowing that Jenny had it covered!!! Thank you Jenny
