    I’d been very nervous about getting my fitness and mojo back after several years of relative physical inactivity so I was looking for someone to coax me gently but firmly back into regular exercise. Jenny was absolutely brilliant in performing that role and I really enjoyed our sessions - she kept the sessions varied, fun and interesting and was great company as well as being firmly encouraging. She is very knowledgeable and keeps abreast of the latest fitness techniques and advice while also taking great care to accommodate your needs and abilities. I’ve had personal trainers in the past but Jenny is definitely the best by far.

    I am so glad I found Jenny for weekly personal training sessions. After having my two children I had lost my confidence with exercise and preferred a daily jog around the block. Jenny has given me the confidence to set myself new running challenges and goals and the training, advice and work out schedules to achieve them. Jenny is reassuring, knowledgeable, motivational and most importantly good fun. For the first time in my life I am not thinking about fad diets; I am prioritising fitness, strength and a long term healthy lifestyle instead. Jenny comes to my house every week, with a different workout and listens to my individual goals. As a woman it’s lovely to have someone you can trust and don’t feel self conscious in-front of to push you out of your comfort zone. Jenny has made exercising interesting, challenging and raised my self belief to give new things a go. I could not recommend this personalised and bespoke approach to exercise enough!

    I have been training with Jenny on a121 basis for just over a year. The initial trial session enabled discussion about what I wanted to achieve, the areas I needed to focus on and provided a good sense of how the sessions would be run. Jenny plans a varied weekly routine using different equipment which is tailored to my needs. She is organised, professional, knowledgable and motivating. As a result, I am gradually improving my strength, stamina, flexibility, overall fitness and confidence. I find Jenny’s approach encouraging and I really value the attention to detail that a 121 session provides. Whilst challenging at times, the pace is just right for me. The session represents excellent value for money. Above all the sessions are enjoyable and I always feel a sense of achievement at the end.

    Jenny's boot camp training sessions are excellent. Each week the program is varied, so although many of the individual exercises are the same, the format is different which makes it far more interesting. She is very good at encouraging and motivating everyone to achieve their individual best and at managing a group of people of differing fitness levels. I always feel I have had a good workout and improved my stamina as well as building up my core strength. I would definitely recommend!
