Sorry, I'm afraid my experience with this lady was a negative one. Communication was poor insofar as I would contact Jenny and would not receive replies until much later. And the last time I contacted her, I waited for 3 weeks for a response to a planned reading. She responded on the day of the reading 28 minutes before my appointment which left no time to make the reading! Just wasted my time for nothing. **Update to response from Jenny** You did not apologise for your definition of a 'mix up in timings'. If you had I wouldn't be writing this review as I would have arranged another reading date. And I was never at any point rude to you at all. Quite the opposite, I was incredibly patient. So your response is a complete and outright lie. Shame on you for your response which says quite a lot about the sort of person you are and the lack of professionalism which you display.
