Cannot recommended the brownhills branch enough.. from the moment of walking in the branch Rachel went above and beyond to do everything for us. From collecting our mom from another branch, to looking after mom, following all our requests, keeping in touch regarding everything. At such a horrible time Rachel and her team have been such a huge comfort to us knowing our mom is looked after and safe. She made time for us to visit mom every time we asked, she made time for us every-time we popped in or phoned her. Rachel was born to do what she does, she is absolutely fantastic at her job. She’s says all the right things whilst still keeping things a little light and cheerful which I think is nice at such a sad time. Rachel never spoke about mom in the past tense and always spoke to mom lovely when she was with mom when we were there which was a real comfort to us that she treated mom as a person not a ‘body’. These guys have so much passion for what they do and it really shows in their work. Our moms send of was beautiful, better than we could have expected. Steve the funeral director and the lads were so professional, friendly and comforting. I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and thank them enough for coming with us on our moms final journey. The horses were also beautiful. Thank you All for all everything you have all done in this hard time. 100% recommend.

How do I start.after the sudden death of my partner Margaret in our caravan on holiday, I rang Jim at Jennifer ash and son.and he set everything in motion. They were so professional Rachel goe Filipa all the staff fantastic it made such a difference, I have my plan with them. I would recommend them in a heart beat Cremation on 23-8-22

After the difficult death of my grandad, they were just amazing. They made the whole process easy for us, from the updates and phone calls, and the courteous and kind pallbearers. They didn’t take over, but gently led us through the process, asking us if things were okay and taking our lead on everything. Their whole manner was just so kind, considerate and thoughtful. Additionally, Martyn Jinxx was acting as a celebrant for us and he was so natural in his words about my grandad - even adapting them when there was quite a poignant moment as a buzzard flew over and called from above! Sadly we have been to many funerals over the years, but never had such a brilliant service from any company. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and all our family ❤️

From the time they came to collect my mom, with absolute professional, sensitive dignity, through the organising what we wanted for her funeral, with the very professional Lucy and the perfect service we received to give my mom the service she deserved.
