Jennie has been absolutely wonderful. I was so nervous the first time I went, I was scared she wouldn't understand the limitations of my knee after a previous injury from skiing but she put me completely at ease from the very first session. I soon realised by working with Jen that most of the limitations I felt I had with my knee were all in my mind, and when I went to Tanzania in January to volunteer I was presented with the opportunity to climb Kilimanjaro. I wouldn't have even considered it if I hadn't been going to personal training so I am so thankful that I did decide to go and start improving my fitness and mind set towards fitness. I used to aim to get up and go on a run look out the window and be like, 'not today'... its too sunny, its too windy, its raining, I don't feel quite right. Any excuse not to exercise, I could justify to myself. Now I can get up an extra half an hour earlier easily and go for a run, I can now manage my own workouts better and feel loads more confident working out on my own knowing I'm doing everything properly so I don't hurt my self. For me the journey twice a week and money spent has been well worth it and I would recommend Jen to anyone.
