I had been thinking about getting my eyebrows microbladed for a few years and finally decided to put my thoughts into action. I found Jenna through research on Facebook and messaged her to arrange an initial consultation. Jenna was nothing but polite, helpful, friendly and informative at every step of the process. I was so nervous about the whole process but Jenna put me at ease and made me feel so comfortable and in control throughout, plus in between my appointments whenever I had any concerns or questions she was there to put my mind at ease with a quick text message. I've just had my touch up appointment and honestly I'm ecstatic with the results. I literally barely had any brows to work with, very fair and thin hair and had to use pencil and powder everyday. Now, I don't have to do anything to my brows. I can go swimming without worrying, I don't worry about my eyebrows "melting" at work throughout the day or have to run for cover if it rains in case my eyebrows wash away, it's just the best decision I made.
