Now my review -: Came here to buy a car but I don’t think they took me seriously, they never called me back. F’um. Went to the Lexus showroom across the road, they know how to handle a customer, I bought the car there. I was happy with the Lexus service and the car.

Had gone with an appointment for test driving a RAV4. Upon reaching the designated sales man was busy with some other customer, and was offered another salesman who said thst they can't offer test drive as the cR is parked behind several cars and there is no one to move it. Wonder how a world famous brand like Toyota have such franchisees who offer such a ridiculous service.

They are bunch of clowns who trying to made the bill without doing anything to your car . My car was simply EGR problem. They had quoted £2800 for head gasket replacement. I just went to independent garage they have repaired my car only £250 . Only clean the EGR and intake manifold. My car running better than before. Surprised about their knowledge.

I brought a Toyota Yaris Cross from Toyota Jemca, Edgware Road, on 31st July 2022. Throughout this time I have had little communication from my salesman with only two emails from him and only two phone calls. All the updates I’ve received have been through second hand information and I have always had to chase someone within the sales department to give me information. I called up last week asking for a update and an unknown salesman said my car will now be delivered late May / Early June. I believe nobody has any idea of when the car will actually arrive on site. I have been told multiple different delivery dates. Please can anyone investigate this and give me a full update on when my car was actually ordered, as I believe it was not processed when I signed the paperwork, what is the current status of the build of my car and when I can expect to have delivery of my car.
