Bad experience, went to test drive a car, it had a fault booked to come back at the weekend and they went and sold it 30 minutes before my test drive. Paul in sales pretty useless, promised to bring the car to me during the week then didn't and wasn't that apologetic saying it was someone else's fault. He was more interested in making a sale than the customer satisfaction! This would have been my first Toyota too!

(update) happy i can revise my ratings after they looked at feedback in positive manner and improved the processes to address customer concerns. Just came back from a servicing appointment and all good. Been their loyal customer for more than 10 years but eventually gave up after repeated poor service standards. Tried to sort out with feedbacks and discussion but apparently they have enough business to not care about your safety concerns anymore.
