I hardly do review stuffs. However, can't resist to highly recommend Lance Arendse at Jemca Sidcup to anyone if you happen to do servicing or repairing there. I've been servicing my cars at Jemca Sidcup almost a decade, I find Lance is the best that I come across so far. He always listen carefully to any issues that I had in the past without missing a single one by jotting them down & then liaised closely with his mechanics to diagnose them, followed by giving his invaluable advice. For instance, many years ago he chose to ride on my car together with his mechanic to get a better understanding on what the fault was, even he could just convey my messages to the mechanic without getting involved too much to save the hassles, but he didn't. Which means Lance is the one u can rely on. Recently, I have condensation issue on one of the rear lamps of my under 3 year-old Rav4. I emailed Lance, he replied promptly & asked me to bring in my car for investigation. After the investigation, his mechanic confirmed that it's a product fault that Toyota would replace it under the warranty. Without delay, Lance ordered a new lamp & suggested to me to bring in my car a week later early in the morning to see if he could slot me in if there was any gap in between during the day, as there was no bookings available for the next few weeks. Of course, he reminded me that I might have to wait for hours, as that's not a waiting appointment. However, I deeply appreciated for his initiative & suggestion, even if I were to wait for hours. Lance is definitely an asset of Jemca, as he would dedicate his time & knowledges to help all his customers as much as he could from what I have been observing nearly a decade. So, this is not a review for a ONE time short live experience, but it's a nearly a decade experiences that I have come across at Jemca Sidcup. So, I would love to get Lance to serve me when my car is due for service in the future. Lastly, I also quite impressed with the slim white middle age receptionist lady who looked after all the arriving customers well & constantly running up & down to keep the refreshment & cups in order, without just sitting & kept starring on her screen. This is the dealer branch that anyone would love to visit.

Ha I wouldn’t bother talking to attitude receptionist arrived at 3.30 to a look at a car (they close at 5pm) was told you probably won’t get to talk to someone today we close at 4 even though the website , email invitation says 5pm . Soo I will go and buy a car elsewhere .
