Customer service sucks!!! After they have sold the car - they will ignore your emails and not respond / respond at leisure. My car has arrived and there is no clarity on when i will get delivery. Paperwork has not been sent yet despite chasing up. Very uncaring and unprofessional. They dont care that I have waited almost a year in the first place (of course that is down to Toyota delay and not dealership) and have no vehicle at present

Having been a previous happy customer of this dealership 4 years early, I was looking forward to renewing my car. Wow how things have changed. When asking questions about a new car, or service costs, the rep just replied with I don’t know, no attempt to seek an answer. Then he tried to lie about trade in price for my car, by adjusting the price by £3k. Thankfully I had already spoken to Toyota finance department so know the answer. One year on and still waiting for the sales rep to call me back with an answer. Took my business elsewhere and now happily enjoying my new car
