Recently bought a jelson home at long Buckby. I am really happy with the high quality finishing works . If compare with other builders I bought from previous, jelson home is top quality, only a few minor issues which got repaired soon after i reported. Customer service manager Andy who did home demo with us , with such a professional manner , he arrived 2 hours earlier than appointment time, and marked all snagging before we noticed, and fixed all before completion date. From sales office to site manager and customer service team are all helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommended.

We have lived in our new Jelson house for seven weeks now and absolutely love it. The house has been finished to a high standard, and having the garden turfed with some slabs put down before we moved in has really finished it off. I purchased a brand new 4 bed detached house 2015 that was built by Jeslsons which was not cheap. The Quality of everything is extremely poor and does not last, the joinery on the Doors is very bad and gaps all over the place, when we went through the snagging list they will not resolve them. The Boiler does not last longer then 5 years. All of the appliances are very poor Quality. I am from the Construction Industry and I can only warn you to keep away from a Jelson New Build who I only rate 1 out of 10. Got to a 5 Star Builder, please be warned as I don't want you all going through this headache. Service: Garage design & building

We bought their newly built property in syston, 1996. Proud first owner. Good quality houses, solid brick work from top to bottom. Good customer service even after 25 years. It's qualty solid homes by Jelson. No cracks on walls or any problems on my house inside outside. Recently I wanted a help regarding roof repair and they gave me their roof repairs contact details. I have sent them a email but awaiting for their reply. Definitely I recommend Jelson houses. Best wishes to them. Service: New construction services
