    Discovered with horror that my flask had leaked onto my laptop in my bag in Moortown library! I was in a complete panic with a deadline and no back up! I googled the nearest repair and Jeli popped up. John was brilliant, took the laptop straight away and miraculously revived it. I am immensely grateful and would recommend John to everyone. Also he's a cat person so extra kudos!

    Texted John on a Sunday after he helped me replace a 3 piece AIO cooler for my computer on January 18 as I was panicking as to why it would become faulty so quickly after he replaced it. He then called me on Tuesday to say it was "harassment" to text him multiple times on a Sunday... And said he wouldn't want to work with me again going forward. That's fine John but for the record my troubleshoot on the AIO cooler didn't work and you basically did a repair for me that cost me £80 and a piece of hardware worth £200 that is now worthless. Awful business customer service and awful business practices. Stay away would be my recommendation unless you like to deal with a blunt, direct and frankly rude technician! To illustrate what I mean, when he rang me on Tuesday, after asking me can I help and after I sheepishly responded to say no it's fine which in hindsight may not have been the wisest choice (but at this point I didn't have full faith in John's services) he proceeded to rant at me for 2 minutes saying I was out of order texting him on Sunday and before I could respond he hung up! Update in response to owner's comment - The text messages which I sent you totaled 4, 3 were all sent at 14.15 and politely details the issue I was experiencing at the time and the final text was sent to you at 16.30 saying I think I may have got it working, ignore my texts (incorrectly I'll add for the record). Therefore stating that I bombarded you "all day" is disingenuous to the extreme.
