Lisa chamberlain not Brett Jeffries & Dibbens Estate Agents avoid these clowns at all costs !!!!! Not only is the place run by a bunch of girls who’s more interested in tic tok & instagram then working but they happily took my money & even done me a tenancy agreement for a new property only to pull out hours before I was collecting the keys !!!!!!! I had a phone call on the 22nd October to tell me there was a property that fitted my requirements did I want to view it , I went to the house & we was left waiting 15 mins over the appointment time out in the cold before the woman turned up !! Then when inside I ask to go in the garden she said sorry there’s no keys Yet my 11 year old then found the key & opened the door , I gave notice to my landlady & arranged for a carpet fitter & removal guy & was let down so now when there doing there tic tok dances at Xmas I’ll be home less with a kid & pets

From Adam the manager and all his amazing team especially Nikki who was just the most kindest ,hard working and understanding member of staff who went above and beyond to reassure me and keep me updated on every step of the process, to Alex the amazing Mortgage Advisor who again did a truly great professional and excellent job.
