First visit to this agent. This was for the 2nd service on my Jeep. It was very easy to arrange the booking. I had a " while you wait " booking which meant I was able to arrive for 8.30 am and was away by 10.30. There is a fairly comfortable waiting area with free tea and coffee available. The reception staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. All in all I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience.

Never let Jeep dealer clean your fuel system. Aspecialy when nothing is wrong with it. Replaced two injectors after that and still have problems with the engine (everything was spot on before taking the vehicle to the dealer). Jeep Mechanics don't have a clue what they doing accept replacing the old parts to the new ones without the reason. Take your vehicle to the decent local garage instead!!!
