Very Impressive!! I contacted Sam after my lovely neighbours (longstanding clients of Sam/Jean Hennighan) highly recommended him for the sale of my house. What can I say... so far Sam has been very punctual, polite, professional & clearly has a wealth of knowledge/experience in his field. He comes across as very sincere & personable and therefore the ideal agent to work with towards the sale of my house. At no point after the initial valuation was I pestered by the company which I found to be very refreshing & the company charges reasonable fee's compared to other high street agents which is a massive bonus! We ended up appointing Jean Hennighan for the sale & Sam has since been round to take photo's videos etc.... I was pleasantly suprised at how respectful Sam was... when staging rooms for photo's etc he was always sure to put things back/restore the room to how he found it. We look forward to working with Sam/his team & have every confidence that Sam will obtain a great price for our home & continue to deliver the high level of service we have seen thus far :) To anyone considering this estate agent... do not hesitate! Like my neighbours, I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I rented from Jean Hennighan Properties for over two years and never once had a problem. Almost always make time for their tenants and do their best to accommodate needs. I've dealt with lots terrible of landlords/estate agents over the years, but I would not hesitate to recommend the team at Jean Hennighan.

Stay well clear !!! I have been defrauded by this agent. They gave me false and misleading information to me in an attempt to receive a financial gain from me, they also falsely claimed that they had posted me information which was never sent. They simply make it up as they go along. I have reported them to the property ombudsman and am now taking legal action against them to claim my money back. There are plenty of other good agents in Hertfordshire, do not get stung by these dodgy characters !

Not sure if we caught the lady who answered the phone on a bad day but I haven’t dealt with someone so officious in a while. We wanted to rent a property for a family member and basically got talked over, barked orders at and after asking back to show the landlord the offer in the same tone we were being spoken to told we should go elsewhere. Pretty sure that’s the service landlords would expect if managing a property.
