Avoid. Very poor service. Items been sent partially only. Very difficult contact with seller - phones are dead, one email a day. Sellers not willing to settle the case. Went back to PayPal to receive a refund.

Still at it - avoid doing business with them - no means of communication that works, all emails bounce back, phones go round and round, considering making a personal visit to sort issue as in Manchester soon. if you are reading this, or even care the Order Number is 11302, and we ordered x 4 Dulux Pure White and you managed to send x 3 and x 1 Polished Pebble - just want what ordered and to return the incorrect item, not much to ask.

Did not dispatch item, I contacted them regards to this and soon as I mentioned I wanted to cancel order and have funds refunded they have now stopped communicating with me and have not refunded money. Ordered 2 weeks ago and still waiting for them to resolve issue. Do not use company as service poor

I had no problem in the purchasing and delivery of the items I bought but only half the order arrived, they refunded me the cost of the missing item and said I could re buy it. I am a little confused as the item was a twin pack and only 1 item arrived. The other issue I had was the item surprisingly went up in cost overnight so that seemed a little unfair as they wouldn't honour the original price I paid. This product was bought directly from JDS and not through any 3rd party such as amazon.

Company sent wrong item. I contacted them many times, I sent photo of item they had sent, and asked them to send the item i had ordered. They finally returned my message and they would not send correct item until i had, at my expense returned the item they had sent. This has cost me and i am still not with the item i ordered.

I was a little disappointed by the reviews that are so low after placing my order, however I have to say that my Elite Parrot food came very quickly (within 48h) and the only thing that was a little unusual was that the birdseed was not wrapped in any way, just the bag with the shipping label on. I have no problems ordering from you again.
